The Banquet and Reception Hall is a 6,000 sq. ft. space that can accommodate a variety of functions and events. Competitive pricing includes tables and chairs. No other event is scheduled the day of a wedding and reception to allow time for decorating. An additional time at no extra charge is reserved during the week for a rehearsal when a wedding date is reserved. Corporate events, conferences, and business meetings may access a full audio visual system, wireless internet, and sound system.
The catering kitchen adjoins the main Banquest and Reception HallEquipment in the kitchen includes an ice machine, commercial refrigerator, freezer, warming oven, wash sink, coffee maker, and ice tea urn. This equipment is available at no extra charge. Guests may cater their food, potluck, or bring their own food. A number of caterers are nearby to accommodate your needs.
The New Beginnings Wedding Chapel is a 1300 Sq Ft (31x42) space which will accomodate up to 150 guests. Dressing rooms are provided for the bride and groom. Three additional rooms are available for baby and wedding showers and small business meetings. A non-denominational Christian minister is available to perform wedding ceremonies for couples that want to say “I Do” but do not have their own minister.
Smaller Meeting Facilities Nixa MEC has a number of smaller meeting rooms to meet your various needs. Turin Room The Turin room is a 288 Sq Ft (16x18) space that is ideal for smaller meetings.
The Naples Room The Naples Room is a 368 Sq Ft (16x23) room
The Milan Room The Milan Room is a 525 Sq Ft (15x35) room
The Venice Room The Venice room is 192 Sq Ft (12x16) and is used as the brides dressing room for Chapel Weddings
The Florence Room The Forence room is 323 Sq Ft (17x19) and is used as the grooms dressing room for Chapel Weddings
Audio Visual Equipment Corporate events, conferences, and business meetings may access a full audio visual system, sound system and wireless internet powered by Corpra Net.
